Disney Trip Information
Trip Date: March 23-27, 2011
Financial Obligations:
· 4 people in a room: $405
· 3 people in a room: $425
· 2 people in a room: $475
Payment Schedule:
You have 2 options for payment:
1. $100 per month starting in October (4 months with last payment finishing the full amount)
2. 50% of the payment by Nov. 1st and paid in full by February 1st.
Bus Seat Requirement: The bingo board has agreed to pay for 4 charter buses to Disney! That is a bill of $30,000. In order for us to help with this process, each bus seat will require you to work 4 nights of bingo between now and next February. As of this past January, bingo is now SMOKE FREE!!!!!!!!!! To schedule your nights, you will need to sign up at a booster meeting or contact Brenda Bowman by email. Her email address is: bbowman@vpmep.com You may also find her email link at our band website: www.bassettband.org These 4 nights are mandatory for EACH PERSON that will be riding on the bus which includes students and parents. It does not matter who works the 4 nights as long as they are covered. You CANNOT just show up on Saturday night and expect to work. Having too many workers can create problems in the kitchen and the bingo floor. Students under 16 will have to work the concession stands by bingo rules. Anyone above 16 can work the bingo floor.
****The official sign up date for this trip will be March 29th through April 2nd. We will have 200 seats available for marching band students, staff, and parents.
